Conversion rate = of the voters each Street Captain tagged as Contacted, how many were later marked Voted. Attribution comes from the "Street Captain" field on each voter card — nothing extra to set up here.
Backfills the "ever contacted" flag onto older records that still show status Contacted right now. This can't recover anyone who was contacted and later moved to a different status before this flag existed — that history wasn't recorded at the time.
